Hello my friends, and welcome to a very special Wordless Wednesday post. This week we are taking time out to Remember 9/11, and while I can talk about where I was during 9/11, I’m not going to, as I put a lot of emotion in my thoughts for our Prayers for the Week post this past Sunday. If you missed that post, please go back and check it out — it is very special to me. However, this is Wordless Wednesday, and as a result, I’ve got some pictures from various Walt Disney World settings that I would love to share with you! Special thanks, as always, to one of my best friends, Deb from Focused on the Magic, who is great at bringing us all together for our posts each week!
My friends, 9/11 is such an incredibly moving day in our lives, it only makes sense to me to share some patriotic moments in picture. While I’m sure that others have better pictures, I think my choices work perfectly for the theme, starting with the first picture at the top.
If you have never heard the Voices of Liberty, you are doing yourself a disservice. The incredible singing voices of the group that you can find at the American Adventure Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase will send chills down your spine when you listen to their patriotic songs.
But perhaps the best image I can share with you is this last one, which reminds me of all of our hero’s who fell trying to save the people on 9/11:

Thanks, Melissa. For some days, the focus and direction of your writing is wrapped right up for you. I wish 9/11 was just another day — but it’s not, and that means that I will remember it all and never forget. It’s too important to forget.
