What would Free Disney Dining Plan mean to you?

Is Disney about to release the popular Free Disney Dining Plan offer?

The Disney Dining Plan is one of the biggest things that Walt Disney World has to offer, and the rumor mill is really working overtime with news that Walt Disney World will be offering it for free for the late summer/early fall months!

My friends, I don’t know if this is true yet or not — right now, all we have is a whole lot of chatter on many sites across the Internet — but if it is true, this could be a huge windfall for any of you that are thinking of taking a Walt Disney World vacation at that time!
