Mike is a very organized and thorough travel agent, he does not forget a detail. Besides making your hotel stay Mike also makes dinner reservations and fast pass reservations when staying on a Disney property. Both my daughter and myself have food allergies and when we would check in at a restaurant they would already know. It was fabulous. Mike also remembers what holiday or birthday you celebrating. He is diligent in making sure you get the best deal and if it goes on sale will make sure you get the best price. I could not ask for a better travel agent.
