Blogorail Red. Enjoy the ride as we share with you the ways we celebrate in
Disney.
- Are we visiting during Sophie’s birthday week?
- Are any of us visiting Disney World for the first time?
- Are there any anniversaries or other celebrations that we need to plan for?
- Chef Mickey’s
- The Crystal Palace
- Via Napoli (we’ve never eaten here before, so no review yet.)
- Princess Storybook Dining
- Cinderella’s Royal Table
- The Garden Grill Restaurant
Other than these specific things, we don’t do a whole lot to celebrate. This is because when we go to Walt Disney World, the big draw for us is being in the parks, enjoying our favorite attractions and shows, so we don’t do a whole lot to detract from that. What special things do you do to celebrate at Walt Disney World?

Great ideas!! I love asking for wake up calls and hearing Mickey on the other end the the phone, so much better than my alarm clock!!
Fun!! Lucky Sophie to always celebrate at WDW! And good choices of restaurants – Via Napoli has knocked my socks off twice.. and I don't really like pizza. Holy cow it's amazing!
Great post, Mike! You need to get to Via Napoli by the way, you'll love it!
Rosanne @ The Disney Point
We celebrated our granddaughter's birthday a month after the event and it was just like the actual day for her. Everyone wished her a happy birthday… it was so special. And Via Napoli is a must visit, plus Norway for the Princesses will be a time to remember.
