One of my favorite things at Epcot is the train layout at the Germany Pavilion.  Being a train buff, it really is a great little hidden treasure that it seems not many people really enjoy.  If you are there, take a few minutes to enjoy the layouts.  You will find that the Imagineers even deck out the town with items related to the time of year, for example, I’ve seen the layout decked out with booths from the Food and Wine Festival! registered & protected
