About Mike Ellis

Mike has been a Disney fan since his first trip to the Magic Kingdom in 1979 when he was 11 years old. Since that first trip, he has seen parks open, lands close, and attractions come and go, but one thing remains the same, his love for Disney is as strong as ever.

His Disney adventures caused him to start My Dreams of Disney because he wanted to document for his family and friends all of the special Disney Memories he has enjoyed with his family, and since that first post in 2010, Mike's hobby has become his passion!

Now a Travel Consultant with Pixie Vacations for over nine years, Mike has helped many of his readers plan and have incredible Disney vacations of their own. Check us out on Facebook and Twitter. We love Akershus! My favorite dish is the salmon.  We tried CRT for the first time this past trip and I honestly could not tell you which I liked better (we do not use the dining plan).  We love them both, though I do like the set up for pictures with Belle much better than the set up at CRT for pictures with Cinderella.

Well thank you Ken! If you ever change your mind the meatball dish I talked about is on par with the meatball dish I had during the Food and Wine Festival, arguably my favorite dish during the Festival!

Nicely done Mickey. We've never been there because with no kids we generally avoid character meals so those with kids might just get that one extra table we don't use. Besides, we don't eat that much food!!! Great article!!

Hey Heidi! You should get two packages with no problems! What I don't know though is if they will let you do two poses — I kind of doubt that. But regardless, it will be great anyway!

    I'm glad you enjoyed it!

We love this one too! I've posted about it several times on my blog as well – and we've got breakfast reservations for this one in January!  There are 5 of us – wonder if that means we'll get 2 photo packages?  I didn't think about it last time because we were traveling with friends (a family of 3) – so they got a package and we got a package.  Hmmm . . . maybe we can do a whole family picture and a “just kids” picture and see . . .  Great dining review!

Hi, I do think your web sijte could be having internet browser compatibility
issues. Whenever I take a look at your website in Safari, it looks fine however, when opening in
I.E., it has some overlapping issues. I simply wanted to give yoou a quicfk heads
up! Aside from that, wonderful site!

I’ve beeen surfing online gredater than 3 hours as
of late, yet I never found anny fascinating article like
yours. It is lvely price sufficient for me. In mmy opinion, if all web owners
andd bloggers made good content as you probably did, the
internet might be much more useful than ever before.
