In this brand new series, starting today I’m bringing to you some blogs that you might want to take a look at. I am both proud and honored to be affiliated with both the great writers of Chip & Company, and the incredible group that is known as the Magical Blogorail, and in this small way, I hope to be able to say thanks to those bloggers that have helped to make me the blogger that I am. Starting us off, my friend Chip’s site, Chip and Company!
As you are all painfully aware (especially since I beat that horse dead in the last couple of weeks), September 8, 2010 was when I started My Dreams of Disney. I have documented until the cows came home why I started my blog, but what you may not know is that, while my blog gave me satisfaction from the moment I created it, the amount of traffic that I started to garner didn’t really take off until I started writing for my friend Chip, the owner and creator of Chip and Company.
At this point, I don’t even remember when I started reading Chip and Company. However, one day around mid-November, 2010, I remember seeing an article on Chip and Company, with Chip indicating that they were looking for some guest bloggers. The idea of expanding my writing to Chip and Co., as they are also known, was intriguing to me, so I sent Chip an email, told him about my blog, and invited him to take a look and see if I had the writing style and skill that he wanted on his blog.
One thing led to another, and the next thing I knew, Chip was offering me a writing position on his blog!
Chip and Company is a huge blog, and is chock full of Disney news, views, and giveaway posts. Chip and Company strives (and in my opinion, succeeds) to be your number one source for Disney News, and as such, on average Chip has about one post an hour going out on the main site page.
But in my opinion, the real value for Chip and Company is in all of the great original articles that his writers produce. There are some incredible writers for Chip and Company, and they are always coming up with new and interesting articles.
If you are one of the two or so readers that hasn’t discovered the Chip and Company website, I strongly urge you to go check it out! You will be glad you did! If you are a blogger, Chip is always looking for great writers, so check out the link at the bottom of this page!
thumbs up!!!
