A Picture a Day – Counting Down the Days

In this new series, I’m going to share with you a picture a day, counting down to our next trip to Disney World, which will be September 29th – October 2nd.

This picture was taken from the eleventh floor of Bay Lake Tower — right by the elevators.  What I like about this picture, beyond the obvious things such as Cinderella Castle, Big Thunder Mountain, and some of the other sites, is the wonderful greenery around Magic Kingdom.  Also, I see a puff of smoke on the right side of the shot, and while I’m not certain, I think it may be the train from the Walt Disney World Railroad making it’s circuit around the park.  Finally, even though Magic Kingdom feels isolated from the rest of Walt Disney World, and even the rest of Florida, I like looking in the distance on this picture and seeing the Florida countryside.
