It’s Day 96 in our #DisneyWorldCountdown, everyone, and I don’t know about you, but these posts are a lot of fun for me to write up. I hope they are as much fun for you to read! Today we are taking a look at an attraction that we often overlooked in the early days of our trips to Walt Disney World, but it’s one now that we ride at least one time per trip. That attraction, of course, is the Jungle Cruise.
Must Read: The Jungle Cruise – Why it’s unique in my eyes!
The Jungle Cruise is a fun ride, full of corny jokes, lots of laughs, and animals galore! Did you know that in the original design Walt Disney wanted to have real live animals there, but that they decided not to because it was decided that the real animals wouldn’t do much of anything but lie there? Of course, for me and my corny sense of humor (just ask my wife and daughter — many times when I tell a joke they claim it to be a groaner) this ride is right up my alley. For example, who doesn’t like this great line from the ride:
We’ve now turned down the Nile River and if you don’t believe that you must be in denial.
But for me, in addition to the great jokes, I really like the pictures I’m able to get — and I’ve gotten some that I think are actually pretty cool. Have a look!

The Jungle Cruise is a ride that I truly enjoy — and it has become a go to ride at least once per trip. What do you think of the Jungle Cruise? Worth it, or skip it? Let me know in the comments, and thanks for stopping by!
