Hello everyone, and thank you for stopping by today as we continue our #DisneyWorldCountdown! Today is #Day78, and for this day, we are taking a look at an attraction that many kids around the world love. I’m talking, of course, about the Mad Tea Party.
This attraction has been at the Magic Kingdom for a long time, so long in fact that it is an original attraction at the Magic Kingdom when it opened in 1971! The Mad Tea Party was originally name The Mad Hatters Mad Tea Party, and was based off of the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland. While we don’t ride this attraction every time we visit, we do catch it every couple of years, and depending on the line, we might just make the decision to ride on it. I will tell you, though, that Cindy and I do not like to spin as much as Sophie does, so now we ride in our own tea cup and put Sophie in a tea cup with someone that likes to spin as much as she does!
