I have been astounded by the depth of the comments that people have been leaving with regards to our Disney Gift Card contest.  While I know that there are entries being made with each and every comment, it still has surprised me how many people have taken the time to write true, deep reasons why they want to win the gift card.  I only wish that I could give a gift card to each and every one of them.  That would be Disney Magic at it’s best.  Today, I thought I would take some time to highlight some of the comments that have stood out to me.

I would save the gift card for our next trip.We had to cancel our Dec trip because I have to have 2 surgeries :(

Eva, I hope that your surgeries are successful!  I’ll include you in my prayers!

I would put this towards a trip my husband and I are planning for next Fall in order to take my parents for their very first visit! I’m graduating college in May, and with living expenses so high in Massachusetts, it sure would help us out :)

Lisa, congratulations on your upcoming graduation!  How exciting that you are taking your parents for their first trip!

We’re surprising our kids and my baby sister with a trip to WDW in November. I’d get them some more stuff for their tote bags!

How exciting, Stephanie!  I love springing trips on my daughter!  Have fun!

Kim writes:

I know what I would do with that card! We are going to WDW in November to celebrate our 22 anniversary, our DD getting married and moving in with her new DH and my 43rd birthday! My birthday is October 8, the day the raffle ends, so it would be perfect to win the card to take on our trip! I’d use it for some awesome souvenirs!

Happy upcoming birthday Kim!  So many great events happening in your life, congratulations on all of them!

I would LOVE to win this! I am a Christmas fanatic and Disney fanatic… put them together and you have one deliriously happy lady haha! I’ve always wanted to see DisneyWorld at Christmas time… last year was soooo hard on my little family. We need a fun vacation together now that we’re on the mend. And I’m turning 40 in January. So THIS DECEMBER, I get to cross #2 off my bucket list and the three of us get to go see DisneyWorld in mid December. I am ecstatic!!! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have some spending money to shop with…. fingers crossed!!!

Good luck to you, Melissa!  I’ve never been at Christmas, it’s on my bucket list too!

Lastly, Adrienne writes:

I would buy as many Mickey ice cream bars as my heart desired on our 2013 trip! Is that selfish not to share?

Adrienne, my wife agrees with you!  Have one for her!

These are just a very small sample of the currently 244 comments that have been left for the contest!  Have you entered to win yet?  If not, make sure you do!  Just complete the requirements below, and good luck to everyone who has entered!

  1. We’d love to win this gift card for our December trip to Disney. This will be our first trip in 20 years! Our kids can’t wait.

  3. We couldn’t go this fall as we usually do because I need a hip replacement in January, so if I won, I would donate it to Kidd’s Kids which is a charity that takes 50 terminally & chronically ill children & their family to WDW for 5 days, with a full magic your way package, all expenses paid including their flights. I would tell Kidd & his crew to give to a family that needed extra spending money.

    1. What a wonderful sentiment, Jenn! That is a great use of the prize if you win. I’ll pray for your hip replacement surgery, in the hopes that everything works out the way it should and that you’ll be back at WDW (or any other Disney park) before you know it! Good luck!

  4. I would love to win. Tomorrow is my birthday and next weekend is my sons and this would be nice because we are talking about going to Disneyworld next year.
Sorry I didn’t get my pinterest name on picturing Disney. It is Cymri Mason.
