Today, for day 98 of Disneyland Countdown, we are sharing a new attraction that is located in Cars Land!  I absolutely can’t wait until we witness Cars Land for the very first time!  For this day, we are looking forward to seeing what Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree is all about!  I’m sure we’ll ride it at least once, but I’m not sure if it will be something we need to ride a lot.  Of course, all I’ve got to compare it to is the photos I’ve seen, so who knows?  Well, you do!  Those of you that have been to Disneyland and experienced Cars Land in Disney’s California Adventure, what did you think of Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree?  Fun once, a must see, or skip it?  Please let me know in the comments, and thanks!

  1. I just got back from experiencing Carsland for the first time a week ago. MJJ is cute – mostly for the kids. It’s a one and done for me. But the swinging feeling is neat.

  2. MJJ really surprised me, in a good way! I didn’t even ride it for at least 6 months after it opened (& I’m a passholder who lives locally & goes weekly). I saw it & it just looked like a kid’s ride, so I never bothered. I finally went with a little boy who wanted to ride it, so I took him & came off telling everyone else in our group that they had to try it too! It is much more fun than it looks. It’s not roller-coaster, but it’s still plenty of fun. I recommend it! :)
